No. Written estimates for installs, repairs, duct work and comfort plans are always free, we visit, measure, talk through the options, and email you a clear, itemized quote with no obligation.
How soon can you start?+
Most estimates go out within a day, and typical projects are scheduled within one to two weeks. For urgent retrofits, before a move, a sale or an event, just tell us the date and we'll do our best to fit you in.
What does "upfront flat pricing" mean?+
Before any work begins, we give you one clear, flat price to approve, prep, materials and labor included. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons at the end. You always decide before we start.
Will you show me the readings?+
Always. Static pressure, temp rise, refrigerant charge, they land in your report next to the spec, so you can see the system is right, not just running.
How tidy is the work?+
Shoe covers, drop cloths, vacuumed dust and hauled-away old equipment. The only change you should notice is the temperature.
Is the work guaranteed?+
Yes, in writing, our workmanship warranty rides on top of the manufacturer's equipment warranty, and we register that one for you too.
